We organize intensive camps to learn faster, enjoy the atmosphere on the water with others and to experience something more. The lessons are taking place 4 days, 2h a day + introduction day where we meet and present the schedule and plan for the upcoming days. Every morning we have yoga class, by certified professional yoga instructor
Yoga is very important for surfing, as it is in life. It helps you to keep your body healthy and mind calm. That is why we are having yoga every day on the surf camp. There are very similar positions in surfing, so you will be stretched and well prepared for your lessons. Yoga is being held in the mornings before lessons, by certified professional yoga instructor Veronika.
The lessons on the camp are filmed and analized afterwards. You can see yourself while making progress and eliminate mistakes in no time. We will spend some time every day, to have a look at the shots and talk about how to reach your goals faster.
The groups in the camps are small, with similar level to make the lessons more effective and fun. The progress is therefor faster and everyone has more motivation and fun. Before hitting the water, we will warm up, practice at the beach and after jumping in the water to catch your first waves.
